PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA FOR PURPOSE ECM AND COMPATIBLE
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 Code for the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that:
1. Edi.Ermes srl located in Viale Forlanini, 65-20134 Milan - MI - tel 027 021 121 - Fax 0270211283 - www.ediermes.it, www.eenet.it, www.ediacademy.it is of the quality of the controller and the processing of your personal data, which will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the National Program of the Ministry of Health and ECM for sending our communications and information;
2. Your personal data will be stored by us in paper and electronic format according to the procedures imposed by the Privacy Code, in compliance with the most stringent security measures designed to prevent access by third parties, destruction and treatment not allowed and inconsistent with the purposes of the collection;
3. Your personal data will not be subject to any dissemination, but may be communicated to the Ministry of Health and/or the authorities of the Ministry responsible for compliance and controls as part of National Programme ECM. His name also will be shared within the community of learners of the same course;
4. The consent to the processing of personal data concerning him or her does not constitute a legal obligation, but in case of lack of consent, or opposition to the continuation of the treatment, it will not be possible to allocate the credits provided by the CME courses, existing and future. The current rules bind us in fact to keep tracking for five years of all CME activities including personal data of the participants;
5. Edi.Ermes Ltd. ensures the exercise of rights under article 7 of the decree cited such, the right to know the existence or origin of personal data, the right to object to all or part of the treatment, and the right to request the blocking of the processing, modification and/or deletion of data (in accordance to what is stated in paragraph 4).
